I suspect
A car with ZCP will have a higher resale.
A car with ZCP already has a higher cost.
The delta between the higher cost and higher resale will continue to shrink over time.
So, you will get less for the car upon resale, but you paid less.
So...
Get the car
ZCP does not matter that much for a vert (IMHO) and the higher resale just means you pay more for it today.
