I would totally have an STI as a DD. It's kind of a throwback in terms of having an analog experience. Old school hydraulic steering, rod actuated shifter, only comes in manual, old school turbo laggy engine that needs to sit up in the revvs to make power. Looks wise it's adolescent looking and the interior materials are lacking the quality of a 40k car. But the AWD system is where they spend the $$. I think they drive great. I say go for it now because the new ones won't offer the same analog driving experience. YMMV
