There's a thread on the CS suspension differences and whether it could be easily retrofitted.

It seems the stock M3 dampers aren't the same as CS & ZCP dampers (which are the same). As such, forum members have said they don't respond well to CS coding. If you swapped out stock dampers for ZCP parts, coded them with the CS settings, put on the CS springs and roll bars, put the same wheels and tyres on, got the geometry setup the same...then you would be close to the CS setup.

Personally, I would go KW coil overs or similar which would be superior over a parts bin special with more adjustability to your preferences.
