What is your CA telling you? What is your take? He could have been BSing me, I will talk to other dealerships as well, but he sounded like he knew what he was talking about.

You need to find good dealer like Steve Thomas BMW.
They won't charge car over MSRP.
I don't think BMWFS has anything to do with dealer marking up new M cars.
