This places sells mostly repaired wrecks and higher mileage cars. They don't negotiate and have a set margin. They sell thousands of cars a month and do disclose everything about the car. You are also able to get a PPI on your own if you want.
I have a few friends who bought cars from this place that only had minor cosmetic damage and they got good deals. A car with major structural damage, unless I knew who did the repair, I'd probably stay away.
