Fresh off his 4th place finish in Long Beach, Chelsea looked to Road Atlanta for a podium finish to continue his great success in 2013. Chelsea’s PSI built 2000 E46 sedan featuring a 777-HP turbocharged S52 tuned by Active Autowerke, has been a solid performer this season.
