I would spend $4000 for improved suspension and wider wheels/tires. I think that would have more impact on the M4 as a track car than a power bump. If the competition package is truly that, it will have improvements in those areas first and foremost to improve the track (a.k.a. competition) aspects of the car. Maybe power but that would be secondary in my view. For this car, traction upgrades will be more impactful to the performance of the car overall than power bumps (unless it's bragging rights someone is after).
