I've driven the Alfa and the BMW. Loved both but actually like the ride of the Alfa better. Wife wants me to get the Bimmer.
Thoughts on waiting for the new m340i are what I'm looking for. This will ironically be the most expensive route as well.

The smart money gets you a brand new latest greatest AWD 340. It just makes more sense. I went through similar situation. CPO mint M3 or brand new whatever.
