What a dumb move on BMW's part. Marketing 101 would dictate that you use the yardstick which shows the highest level of bespoke content, especially given how much the rest of the press release seem to highlight differentiation vs the standard car. I wonder why the glaring oversight?

We know for sure that the drivetrain itself is more than 50% different. We know for sure that the suspension is more than 50% different. In the case of the CCB the difference is 100%. We know all that because BMW already said so. So this 50% "bespoke" must be obviously some other kind of yardstick.
