Do these apply with 2 sided tape or screw into existing holes? I wouldn't think anyone here is drilling new holes in the fender.

It utilizes 2-3 existing holes and new plastic push pin rivets are provided
You have to drill one screw(also provided)and not into the fender but the plastic wheel liner.
Once you attach the mud flap with the rivets it's easy to find the hole where to screw in the screw, can't make a mistake

Thanks will do! Cool mod. Rear quarters on these cars get hammered so this or full clearbra on quarters is great idea.
