UPDATE #1: So I received a message from the sales guy (like I previously posted very good and my second BMW from him which is why I assumed they would do something positive) after reviewing with his team that it will be fixed/addressed. They are going to look at it Wednesday morning when I drop it for the 1200 mile service. Sales said, The dealer will be taking care of it out of his "rim" (I assume that means a remediation like budget?). Will know more this week. But, a positive response none the less. My concern has been paint matching, so not sure the best method. If it requires an entirely new bumper as a repair can't be made, I may request something else to make up for it...and it won't be floor mats! I'm thinking more like BMW Perf Carbon lip is more apples to apples. But as someone posted earlier, the BMW CEO hand delivering a paint matched bumper with 2 virgins is also an option!
