Well guys after watching some YouTube videos I attempted to fix it myself. Worst case it would look like shit and I would just paint it black and call it a day but I think it came out okay imo. I used black epoxy to fill in the holes and stick it back to one piece. I sanded it down to the weave or at least as close as i can get without actually hitting it. I got this System Three 0102K40 General Purpose Epoxy Kit online and pretty much just re made the surface of it again. Let it dry for a day and sanded it back to a smooth surface and correct shape and hit it with a few layers of UV protected clear coat. Wet sanded and polished to get it shinny and put it back on. All in all it was a bit of a headache at first but not too bad for my first time doing anything like this. Cost me less then $80 for all the supplies from Amazon. Let me know what you thing
