I use this $20 Lightning to Ethernet generic adaptor and it works perfectly on my iOS 15 iPhone 13:

I made the OBD-to-Ethernet cable part myself (just needs an old OBD2 plug, a 510 ohm resistor, an old Ethernet patch cable, and a soldering iron).
