Press and marketing cars get sold 99% of the time.
Pre-productions are different. For mass produced cars like a 328i, I'd say 20-30% sold. More expensive cars, like M's, 7 series, etc. it's about 50/50. Limited cars like M3 CS, 80%-90% get sold.
