At just over 3 months without receiving it, I called BMWNA to inquire. After talking with them, They transferred me to the dealership that I bought it from because the dealership didn't initiate it after the sale. I talked to the sales manager who said he would take care of it. Five days later I received the certificate by email. Certificate is good for over two years
