I haven't noticed any degradation or changes in performance, but they are horribly, embarrassingly loud. I'll try bedding them in again before tossing them for the Akebonos.

CA here as well, I literally gave my Z23s away after just 2 weeks of use because of the screeching noise as you described. Absolutely horrible. |
