MPE will keep your emissions in tact because it keeps most of your cats in place. It's also some what down to DPs as far as I know. You'll be able to get better deals with MPE though. It will be cheaper by quite a bit.
You know why I know? I been jumping about regarding this choice for damn near 3 months now so.
Edit: Hmm I think MPE goes down to Mid-Pipes sorry.

Have you considered the RPI exhaust, it's sounds good and is probably slightly quieter than an AWE resonated set up. The only thing is that it's valveless but I don't really think they are necessary on this exhaust and it's competitively priced also. It does delete the secondary cats and replaces them with a ser of resonators.
