I'm having Bluetooth and CarPlay issues as well. My 2019 M4 shows the following:
Telephone: TB-006.074.002
Media: MB-006.074.002
The BMW website showed me the same options as you got:
TB 001.062.032
MB 001.062.040
HB 001.062.032
I am also unable to make any sense of BMW's versioning nomenclature.
In addition, after repeatedly following their instructions to a T, I am unable to update via USB. I've tried with various USB drives containing the .bin file as is, and also having decompressed/expanded the .bin file as recommended on one of the videos I found on YouTube.
No luck.
I do have to say that these problems with bluetooth etc began after the dealer "upgraded" the software on the car for an unrelated issue. |

This is exactly what I was curious about. Thank you for sharing this.
I have not attempted to update via the website yet. Perhaps I will give it a shot now.
