In AUS they only custom factory order our BMW's in manual, and even though they are cheaper, we end up paying more because "it's a custom factory order"...
Total nonsense, but it does mean we're forced to customize our manuals just the way we like them.
Imagine a world where to fully option load a manual 135i coupe w/ppk it takes $100k USD...
