Adding to the post above. I had Carbotech XP20 pads made for my OEM ceramic calipers on Girodisc Iron Rotors, and they were AMAZING - IMO better than the PFC 08s i had on another track car.
Do note, they squeal a fair bit, and dust a lot (dust was easy to clean). I went through Ken at KNS Brakes and he was great!
