Yeah, that would be a judgment call, as I no idea how Euro MDM behaves or what it's parameters are compared to this newest version.
At least we have a couple options now for a more rewarding driving experience, as I was really getting frustrated with the intervention and was starting to turn everything off when at anything less than freeway speeds.
