You shouldn't see any rubbing with that rear setup. Hoosiers can tend to run a bit wide, but with a 295/30-19 you should be alright even with lowering springs. At stock ride height a 305/30-19 with a 19x11" ET44 is a direct fit with Michelin PS4S, so the 295 Hoosiers and slight lowering should work ok.
