Question for you - did you get a new alignment with your setup or is that overkill when going from stock 19's to these? Also do you have any noticeable change in steering feel/turn-in etc. and/or increase road noise with the new setup?

Sounds appropriate for Houston
Just had Tires mounted on the wheels then balanced ... no alignment, no issues.
I didn't note a major difference in steering feel/turn-in. No difference in road noise. Just great looks, and prob. a bit more rear traction.
