Just FYI most 19" wheel will not clear your CCB. Just knowing offset and dimensions will not help as it is the actual design of the wheel that will dictate it's clearance with the caliper.

You're better off playing it safe and getting 20" aftermarket or just get a set of 437m that are beat up for cheap and throw on winter tires.

I also was dealing with this issue as I have ccb... and ultimately decided that I would rather buy a cheap daily to drive in the winter.

As you probably know already, our brakes don't really like when its raining. I can only imagine this effect is intensified in colder weather/snowy conditions.
