Maybe if these are just COMPATIBLE with our cars, then the car is perhaps checking first to see if what you're installing on the USB is newer than what's on the car already, before going ahead?
So you're sure that's how BMW's TB numbering works? It would make sense, but I don't want to take any guesses...
If it's like typical software, the higher the number at the beginning, the newer the version... Therefore, TB 006
must be newer than TB 001?
