Wait so...to put it more simply, we can enjoy a "flat torque map" without any need for custom tuning, simply by using a ~20% boost reduction on our OTS maps?

To me at least, the "Stage2 20% limit" looks more streetable than the standard OTS map without the reduction. Stock like until 5000rpm than it keeps pulling another 1000rpm whereas the stock tune plateaus!
