I started a thread for boost by gear and what we've been seeing as the best traction options for at least 1/4 or launch. We have some numbers that say more boost reduction by the first 2 gears help the car launch and drive faster from a stand still. We assumed that it was a linear boost reduction (i.e: -3 or 4 psi across the map)
What does more than 20% reduction do in these cases??

It's a global limitor in torque/load. So it will do it across the RPM range.
