I've seen some online as low as 2200 a month with 10k/year for the v10. When you compare that to the Huracán it's a no brainer. But I guess it's all relative to what you're looking for and what you consider a 'good rate.' I always thought the v10 would hold more of a premium than that, but then again you can get them under 100k used now.
