Because 10s of thousands of drugged up partiers fly through that airport in the summer and they all rub that sculptures boobs, so much that it removed the bronzing.
Mallorca and Ibiza are huge with House music, rave parties, and general hedonistic debauchery.
Except in the off season when the old people who can't deal with hangovers anymore come through. It was really weird - the beach towns all had these wide roads and huge security fenced in parking lots that were totally empty.
In the summer it must be insane.
