Can confirm the base price is 7% off MSRP ($62,065 for M4) and options are roughly 8% off MSRP. Got a price sheet the same as you listed but with the following options:
Tanzanite Blue $1795 (MSRP $1950)
Exec package is $3310 (MSRP $3600)
Lighting package is $1750 (MSRP $1900)
19" wheels are $1105 (MSRP $1200)
