Yes - that's me. I make them and supply mounting hardware etc. - they directly fit in the OEM mounting holes. I've got a lot of happy customers, many of whom are in Canada! I shared with them my winter driving experience with these flaps and they were sold.
I will be making a how-to installation video as well but it's fairly easy. I can also install for those members located in NJ.
I'm happy to report that after months of driving with these the side of my car as well as the rear arch are much much cleaner! The best thing is that these flaps are completely removable and no signs of installations will be visible.

Photos of both 18 inch winter wheels and summer 20s. 12MM spacers all around.
I also took the car to the track with these flaps and I noticed significantly fewer tire chunks on the car - the door was virtually clean.
