I run the Öhlins. I have had them modified at the rear as the shockbody is too long for a lowered M3/M4. The M2 rear damper is 30mm shorter and perfect with a softer spring. I ran with the 190 lb rear springs for the M2 for a while but i found it a bit too stiff so idecided to change from 90/190 rates to 80/160 and i find this perfect. Now i have tightened the dmpers 5 clicksr (from 20 out to 15) and i can go a bit stiffer still if i like without being too stiff. I have a M4 comp with 20" wheels.
