Well bummer, PIR houses some excellent instructors and a decent track, of course up north has even more. As for Tri Cities, unfortunately I don't know any of but still have a ton of friends in Kennewick and Richland, let me inquire! Worst case you can take the 3.5 hour trip to PDX or 4 hour trip to Seattle for the instruction. Hang tight!
