Typically the price of shipping is rolled into the price of the good being sold. The actual price of fab is not as much as you may think since these companies have the equipment to fab these, but there is a price for supply verse demand. That is why those manufacturers can offer free shipping or discounted prices. Just stuff that the secondary markets have to deal with.
