It depends on what your purpose and use case for the car is.

If all you want is the performance of the CS then you can accomplish that with a ZCP by swapping the front sway bar to the non-ZCP one and then having the dampers/diff tuned to CS setting. Likewise, you'd use the OTS CS tune. You can do all of this for less than $1000.

On the other hand, if you're a collector or plan to have it parked in the garage I'd go for the CS. The car looks so damn good and I think the CS specific touches make it special.

Lastly, if a manual transmission is important to you then the ZCP is the most powerful and most dialed in 6MT you can have in the F8X generation cars.

I was exactly where you are when deciding between a CS and a ZCP but for me the 6MT made the ZCP a more suitable option for my purposes.
