DISCLOSURE: the car was in a minor accident last year, which shows up on the Carfax. Damage (front drivers side) was not major and mostly cosmetic. All repairs were done with OEM parts by a BMW dealership. Receipts are available for repairs.
Note: I am likely going to just trade the car in if there is no major interest. Dealer offered me $42,500 to start, with tax savings works out to ~$46k as a private sale.
