I had bad experience with them when I was trying to buy a new X5 back in 2014. Basically they dominate the local BMW dealerships (Winter Park, South Orlando and Daytona), so they just don't care customers. I'm wondering if they have improved these days.

I purchased two vehicles at the Winter Park location, all good. They paid the most for my trades in all of (South Florida).
