Just vexes me. They strongly encourage you to only buy from a reputable dealer… so everyone must keep their cars forever lest you become a shady seller yourself? Or, according to them, alternatively you must know how to discover when looking to buy a car if it has stolen bits… say the wheels were hot. What’s your indicator there chief?
