It's not fair. You see, one must only test a car in the most of ideal conditions that is in a temperature controlled clean room like how spacecrafts and GTR motors are assembled.

Then under the most ideal conditions, you strap the car unto a dynamometer, set fan speeds to 70 mph and only shift the gears at precisely 7480 RPMs. Then the true nature of the DCT gear box can be compared to the 6MT with possible needs to extrapolate how gearing ratios and coefficients of drag may mathematically translate into track times.

The final part of the test consists of booting up the PS4 and testing both cars in the virtual environment to ensure no other variables can affect the outcomes of lap timing.
