I've had both and don't really notice a difference. Even power wise. My 16 F82 had the static suspension with 18 513s and rode similar to my 20 ZCP on the Satan Wheels.
The only reason I ordered the ZCP for the 20 was to switch it up a little. It's not worth the 4-5 grand for the package that's for sure.

Unless they added it after 2016 my comp didnt have adjustable lumbar support like my 15 non comp.
