Mineral is a metallic with a more muted color (..a dirtier white so to speak; seemingly with a slight grey hue compared to AW). Brilliant is a metallic with color flakes, and is a cleaner white. I guess that's the best way to explain it. I'm sure someone will provide a more detailed or analytical response.

Brilliant White on the right:

Or it can be more simply stated....
  • Alpine White: A more pure white (..non-metallic)
  • Brilliant White: Pearl White (..color flakes)
  • Mineral White: Metallic white with greyish hue (..dirty)
