I can confirm they make you jump through hoops to get any support/answers. I'll say the ride is fine for me, just not a fan of the slammed rear look. I did get spacers, so that helped. If i had it to all over again, I probably would have looked harder at other alternatives, but I bought into the hype of the masses. Oh well.
