It’s like they’re just hoping we’ll let it go and not follow up on refunds. This is an $800 order for an item they clearly have no idea if they have in stock even when telling me they did before ordering. Every day they don’t process the requested refund just makes a terrible customer experience even worse.

These guys are a joke. They’re dishonest and maybe if you order something they actually have it may work out. But if anything goes wrong there is no support. There are other vendors I wish I went with but fell for their lies.
