There's a lot of variables in effect here and probably no exact way to purchase everything at once. Offsets, tire width/brand and suspension height are all factors to consider. With stock components, it's a bit easier to gauge since everyone has a similar baseline to work from.
I would recommend getting the wheels and tires first, then fine tuning with spacers (if even needed) after installation and after proper measurements are taken.
