Interior is nice, very Audi-esque.
Not a fan of the exterior though.
And I bet the driving experience won't be anywhere of that of a BMW.
I drove a few cars before deciding on a BMW, and the biggest reason was how much better the BMW interacted with the driver. The E Class Merc was the worst.
