In my case, I had 800+ miles over my lease mileage allotment. It was submitted as such to BMW FS, which sent me a bill a month or two later. Subsequently, both the disposition fee ($350) and extra mileage fee were zeroed out once they found the paperwork for my BMW FS financing on the F80.

Really? That's great news if its true! I'm 1000 miles over and leasing an f80. So your saying I wont be charged?
