1. The M5 is underrated by 20 hp. Such a figure gives simulation result that match actual tests very well.
2. Although the actual number is probably going to be more like 15-20 hp, this particular simulation for the M4 (giving the 21.9 second figure) assumed a 30 hp underrating by BMW.
3. Both of these include M-DCT.

BTW, I haven't been able to find the 21,9 sec time in any of the reviews of the M4 press release.
