How does the car currently feel cornering over 100mph? If it's a little on the loose side I'd say don't worry about changing spring rates. You aren't adding much aero with any of the single element stuff (maybe 100-200lbs depending an AoA and wing choice) and with the adjustments available you can dial it in as you see fit. The biggest thing for me (on my STI w GTC300) was the reduction in rear lift which I'm guessing will help the M3/M4 as well.
I still have that wing sitting in my basement and it looks like it will fit on the M3...
