Keep in mind there are a few other things I didn't include like the sunshade, side and top view cameras, concierge services, smartphone integration and parking assistant, so these things could potentially reach $90k sticker.

I think 19 inch wheel upgrade will be around $1200.
Even on new M5, upgrading 19 inch to 20 inch wheel costs only $1300.
Extended leather will probably costs around $3000 since it now covers dash and etc.
