The splitters fit directly into the front lip. No problem. I guess you can paint the splitters but they come in carbon fiber and will look great on your color. If I were you I would leave the CF splitters as is and the front lip comes matte black, which looks great with white, but you can also have it painted to match but the black would give a good contrast. I painted my lip only to match my BSM color.
